So i'm trying to step up my game and have moved back to twice a week in the gym, lower/upper body split, looks like this.

Kroc rows
Band Work
The assitance work can vary as it's not always possible to get access to the equipment i need, i focus on getting the compound lifts in and playing the accesories stuff by ear.
