Been running a modified No S diet concentrating on getting rid of sweets, so i have adopted the rule for No Sweets except on S days, i may adopt the other rules again if this doesnt provide enough losses but for now it seems to be enough not to eat sweeties/crisps etc during the week.
I picked up some Sci Mx whey for cheap and it's quite a nice protein, a but sweet but compared to unfalvoured whey it's lush.
Post training i'm bloody starving and have been eating loads and it's probaly not justified by the calorie expenditure of the workout but man it feels good to shovel a burger, chicken or a fry up after a workout, i don't do this on the no gym days so maybe it balances out, i may try and source a decent meal i can cook in the house post workout instead of eating out as this will probaly kill me finacially as well as bodily in the long run.
Been chugging a pint of whole milk post workout and this coupled with my 'bad' meal seems to be aiding recovery.
Still loads of work to do diet wise,
