3/1/11 First Workout of 2011

3/1/11
12kg swings and 5kg medicine ball twists and presses to warm up.


Double 16kgs
A1 Double press
A2 Band asisted pull up palms away (5,5,2,2,2)
1min rest

Bottom posistion windmill
24kg 5e.s

The above is a shortened version of Mike Mahler's kettlebell 5x5 programme,i have nearly completed the full programme before,it's a good one.

Band work,working on the ankle,quad and hamstring.

After breakfast i completed 2x5 of kneeling ab wheel rollouts.

A longish post is due that will detail my thoughts/goals for the coming year.
