I took little 5-10 secs breaks between sets of pushups but rattled through the squats without pause.
I will do my 2x5 abwheel later on,found a good tip for these,i think it was from Pavel,at the start of the movement keep your chin on your chest and mantain that as you roll out,it makes a much stronger posistion.
Not really been out in the garden since the snow fell,its starting to thaw a bit now so i'm planning to did out my 12lb sledge and wack my tractor tyre,my sandbag's out there so that may get abused as well.
Finished off with a breakfast of french toast and hot sauce,an epic combination,maybe not the healthiest but epic oh yeahh
Never gymless is winging it's way to me,hopefully it will be here before Xmas.
