Well the battery died,the hoover blew up and i went and crashed the car and wrote it off.
It's not been a good time,the crash was quite a bad one,the whole front end was wrecked and the airbags where deployed,the next car i get will definatley have airbags as well,think this saved my neck literally!
My body is a bit busted up but i'm walking,breathing and farting.......it could have been way worse.
I had a nasty crash when i was 18 as well,i'v not had the best luck with cars.
One of my goals for next year was to travel more,there is some kick ass dudes some that aren't a world away that i would love to train with,i will need to see what i can acomplish via rail.
I'm going to let my body heal and then get back to training,in the meantime iv got never gymless to peruse and gain motivation from,Ross is a total badass.
Been reading some of Nate Greens stuff,at first i though it was typical cover model shit but he actually seems to know his shit,he likes proper ales as well which is awesome.
Need to sit down and think of my goals for the coming year.
One thing i have been thinking is this
Consistency trumps well everything i think.....it's something i need to address.
Will post more on Rannoch's donalds Goldilock rules and 100 reps later,it addresses the above statement nicely
