10 MIN PR ZONE
DOUBLE 16KG KB
Press 25 reps in sets of 5.
Renegade rows 30 reps in sets of 6.
Finished off with
3x8 towel curl 16kg kb
32kg towel hold 20secs e.s
I have tried the full version of Mahler's EDT before and it's a beast,this is challenging but very doable.

Band asisted chins (pa) 2,2,2,2,2
BU Press 12kg 5e.s
Band asisted chins (pf) x5
Powerwheel knees to chest x10
One arm pushup attempts 2e.s
Clap pushup x1
If my math is right this totals 100 reps,it was meant to be a mix of pushups and chins but my toys where staring at me so i had to use them.
I found a way of hooking a resistance band around my pull up bar,it means the band resides near my crotch area but this just adds to the fun.
Finished off with 20secs of band bicep curls then straight onto 20secs of band tricep extensions done twice,the pump is awesome........bro.
