100 straight deep knee bends
I was determined to rattle through the deep knee bends without any major pauses and i managed it,my quads where like jelly and my heart was hammering like crazy.
It was meant to be just a 100 sledge strikes but i thought the 100 squats would make it more complete.
Think this took about 15 mins to get done.
