Missed Fri's workout due to my wee one getting up at three in the morning and basically didn't go back to sleep,ZMA didn't help at all.
It was my weekend off so i was naughty and eat some junk and tried to recover.

Weighed myself this morning in my birthday suit,15st bang on,this was after a cuppa so not totally dehydrated.
I thought i was a bit pudgy but iv lost loads,it's either muscle,fat or a combination that iv lost,i'm not sure which.
13.6kg dumbell
2,3,5,10 x 4
Did this the way Mick Coup describes it,the side that's not lifting has the heel raised and the dumbell is kept close to the body.

Was going to finish up with some chest expander work but i bloody snapped on of the bands! The band flew off and knocked pictures of a bookcase.
