This is a lot harder than i expected,the plan was 5x20 but after the first 20 i knew that wasn't happening,thinking about a heavier day of 2,3,5 reps of however many sets and a day whth todays weight 2,3,5,10 reps x5 if possible,need to get the volume in.
This is a short hard workout,i like it.
