So not the usual workout today,headed through to train with a mate.
Warmed up with a 10kg plate,presses,squats,oh swing and curls,can't remeber reps.
Workout was 2x10kg dumbells,squats,presses and curls,i go you go,again can't remeber reps. This wasnt me to be a killer workout,just a chance to get some work in,it was bloody early as well!
Finished up with some freestyle work on the focus mitts,mostly straight palm heels,some elbows and hammerfists thrown in as well.
I was treated to a wheat grass shot after training,it was green but tasted o.k,my training partner say's its great stuff,it's fairly cheap so i might pick it up.
I also collected the vinyl dumbells,man these bring back memories of my first weight set! I can't wait to get curling and pressing.
