Last set of pushups was pretty tough,these ring rows are killing me,i might keep the reps at 8 for a while.

A weekend of booze and junk probaly didn't help my performance!

My mate is letting me borrow his vinyl dumbell set as he longer uses it,i still plan to continue the bodyweight work till i reach the standards Dave T set,the other days i plan on single arm cheat curl to press along the lines of dragan radovic,so loads of reps,feet together to comprimise stability,the other day a heavier clean and press with a thick grip,thinking of wrapping a jumbo car sponge around the handle for this,throwing in side bends,saxon side bends and suitcase walks,this single arm work may strengthen my back up,especially the ql's.
