Workout Video, Eating out and other stuff


So i decided to video much to the chagrin of the other fellas at the gym, i train alone as you can see and i'm never 100% sure my form is top notch so hence the video, i'm going to ask the facebook peeps to cast a beautiful eye over this and see what they think.

Deadlifts 40kgx5 60kgx3 80kgx1
100kg 3x3 3 minutes between work sets

Pullups palms facing (dead hang)
5,5,3 2 minutes between sets

Powercleans 40kg 2x1 45kg 5x2
2 minutes between work sets
4th set x1 2 fail then x1

Farmers walk 2x35kg 30 secs on 30 secs off x2

500 reps one hand swing 24kg
Transfer every ten reps
Time 13:34:08

20/2/2012 Mon

Hill sprints x2
Walk back down to recover

21/2/2012 Tues

Deadlifts 40kgx5 65kgx3 80kgx1
105kg 3x3 3 minutes between sets

Chins palms facing (dead hang)
5,5,4 2minutes between work sets

Powerclean 40kg 3x1
45kg 3x3 2 minutes rest between work sets

Farmers walks 2x35kg 30 secs on 30 secs off x2
Suitcase walk 35kg 30 secs left 30secs right
12.5kg overhead walk 30secs left 30 secs right
15kg plate overhead walk 1 minute

So then i got 500 reps with the 24kg, now counting past two can be problematic for me so there may have been a few reps gone astray so whilst i say 500 i might mean 499? I need to figure a method for this.
Found a great wee hill to use for my hill sprints, ditching the long pooch walk instead she's running hills with me, going to keep these nice and easy as not to affect Tuesday's gym visit.
I forgot to bring my small plates for the powerclean so used 45kg again, didn't like the 5x2 rep scheme so using 3x3 like the deadlift.
The loaded carries at the end are awesome....................enough said.

Still keeping to the No Sweets rule, i proactivley need to find a nice sweet for Sat and Sun, i'm thinking a nice bit of bakery for a breakfast with a cuppa and some nice pudding after dinner, yumm

The other thing i'm trying not to do is eat out, Tracy reifkinds words here, here,here and here wil more than do justice to this thought.

My lovely wife has joined weight watchers and whilst i don't agree with everything she does she is eating better and is a inspiration for me to eat better.
