New Video and assorted crap

Took two videos this week, this first is me running hill sprints my pooch meg and the second is another workout video at the gym, the great guys on facebook informed me that my form is sub par, hopefully this latest video is an improvement.

Powerclean 40kg 2x1 40kg 3x3 3 minutes between sets

Deadlifts
70kgx3 80kgx2
110kg 3x3 3minutes between sets

Chins (palms facing) Dead hand 5,5,5 2 minutes between sets

Farmers walk 2x35kg 30 secs on 30 secs off x2
1x35kg suitcase walk 45secs each side
20kg plate walk 1 min

Dietary wise i have been so so, sticking to the no sweets rule but the quality of food hasn't been great, i have been trying to source different carb sources at night instead of chips, chips and more chips. I have been using noodles and i'm going to experiment with rice and beans, been drinking a pint of whole milk after workouts and upping the amount of food i consume on workout days, i need to pick up the large tub of peanut butter from H&B and just make my extra calories just come from whole milk and PB sandwiches rather than a lot of this and that.
