Update 2013

Hi

Well my life got totally destroyed in 2012 for reasons i won't go into and i'm only just finding my feet in 2013, however after going through all that shit i now feel a bit more positive and focused on the future and i wan to make 2013 the year i smash my fitness goals.

Will update this blog at the end of six or so week of training, when its done not when im talking about doing it.
