Powerlceans have been going good, 50kg felt pretty easy, actuall liking the 5x2 rep scheme, it's tough but the doubles are perfect fro the powerclean.

Quite likeing the powercleans to warm up, deads are starting to get tough, i'm fueling them with angry music which seems to help

Thought it would be good to sneak some pushups into the workout, i have used this rep scheme before, a good easy 50 reps, details here, i plan on reducing the rest periods by 10 seconds every workout.
Band pushups 2x5
Farmers walk - Carry 2x25kg dumbells there and back, carry 2x30kg dumbells there and back, carry 2x35kg dumbells there and back, whole thing x4
The gym was deserted so i gave this a bash, it wasn't mental tough but i had a nice glow on after doing it.
12.5kg plate pullovers - Got a nice stretch doing these
I was watching man vs food the other day and he had to eat food with this bad boy, yumm, what i'm going to say is only parlty to do with food however, i need to give myself a dose of shut the fuck up juice, i really do, whislt this blog is a usefull tool for recording shit it should be used for what i am doing now what i'm going to do.
I have some stuff i'm trying out just now dietary wise but ill shut the fuck up about them until i have finished testing them, then i will post my results good or bad.
For the astutue observer of my blog, is ther any?? you may have noticed no swing work present and a bump up to two days a week in the gym, i felt i was riding two horses with one ass and i wanted to concentrate on one thing and that is getting stronger, when it comes time to rip the fat off me (summer) then i will revisit them. The 1000 reps with the 24kg is still a goal but one i should have kept to myself until i did it or died trying, again what i have done not what i'm going to do, sublte difference but an important one.
