Going Dark

Hi

This blog is going to go dark after this post, i have another project i wan't to focus on, once that has reached it's conclusion i will post about it here.

Been drinking some wheatgrass water, old irn bru bottle, two teaspoons of wheatgrass powder, fill with water,yumm

Traning has been going good, deadlifts are getting tough, visited CrossFit Fife for a challenge workout and completed 5 round of a six round workout, details here.

So going dark, will see you again in around 6-8 weeks.
