If anyone actually reads this? u will notice a difference between my first round of pushups and my 2nd round,this is because my youngest 'escaped' and sat under me so i had to stop.
I read that hindu wrestlers double whatever pushup numbers they get and use that number to get their squat number,this is what i did here.
Missus made me a boiled egg so that took care of my protein requirements,i have a sore throat so i have been pushing green tea and honey which helps loads,i need to up my water intake.
I have lost another pound on the scale but i still feel/look skinny fat,i mayb'e shouldn't care about my bodyfat levels when nature is trying to add a layer but i still feel the need to strip some of the fat i gained from my failed mass/fat gaining period.
Going to try and clean up breakfast and lunch,dinners what ever the family's having.
