Had a lazy bum weekend,it's being snowing so i have been out sledging with the family,diet has been extremley lax as well.
I had to shovel snow off my lifting platform to do this.

Finished it off with a breakfast of a protein shake and toast and peanut butter,yum yum. Supplements where multivitamin,cod liver oil and psyllium.
