I wasn't up at 4a.m by choice,my youngest was up,i have been perusing shed loads of Dan John material and was planning on jumping back into Mass Made Simple,however whilst my fiancee was in getting the little one settled i was in the kitchen getting a drink when i sneezed,it was no ordinary sneeze however,my back went into spasm (again) and i thought to myself what the fuck i'm doing with weights when my back is still messed up.
So Mass Made Simple is on the back burner for now,i thought it would be good until Xmas (maybe sooner) to own bodyweight training.
I came across an article that mentioned Arnold's bodyweight programme that he insisted peopld do before hitting the iron,a process that he said could take up tn 6 months! Not sure if many folk heeded this advice!
The programme is off the web so i'm 100% sure of it's authenticity,i plan to order the book from the libary to check.
Anyway enough talking heres what i did.
