Dips 2,2,2,2
Rows 10,10,3,1,1
B crunch 42
Squat 60
Calf raise 30e.s
Chins (palms facing)1,1,1,1
I'm struggling with the rows a bit,i have been placing my barbell across my saw horses,it's not that stable and the thickness of the bar is killing my grip,i have rings but theyre a pain in the rear to set up,maybe Santa will bring me a Jungle Gxm????
