Cheat curl and press

This was a tough little workout,i can really feel it the obliques,the cheat curl and press was done with feet apart unlike my volume day where the feet are together.

I used a jumbo car sponge around the handle to make it a active grip,in between sets i rested the dumbell on the floor but kept my hand on it.
