Update 18/1/2012

Well the party season is over and i sucked ass at keeping to a diet, i had good intentions but failed to follow through.

As much as i think the No S diet is a great plan for me at this moment in time it's too much rules, so i have hacked it down to what i think my main problem is

SWEETS
I swear sometime i could put a kid to shame, im fricking 30 years old i should be eating that much sweets, so i'm applying one No S rule which is no sweets except on days that begin with S.
I'm not going to stress about the other rules i wan't to nail this fucker first, as well as following this rule i'm going to make sure my food choices are healthier, i haven't a time frame for this i'm just going to run with it and see how i get on.

I'm back in the gym and loving it, workouts are below

Deadlift

3 min between sets

Chins (palms away) 3,3 3 min between sets

Fucked around with some accesorry work, v pulldowns, bench press, pushups and one arm curls.

13/1
16kg KB one hand swings x500
