Later on i did 5 ab wheel rollouts from the knees,going to try to finish sessions with these.
Those burpees where a killer,thought my heart was going to burst through my chest!
The snow is really heavy so it's tough to get out,i plan on picking up never gymless to give me some ideas for some conditioning work that i could complete indoors.
