My ankle has been playing up,its very 'clunky',iv been struggling to fix it,all the mobility/stretches are not fixing it so im going to concentrate on mostly upper body tik i get it fixed.
Today's workout.
Primary: Maxwells Daily Dozen
1min per exercise
10 hip bridges
Secondary: 6mins of 15/15 (15secs work rest 15secs 15secs work)
Pushups and chins
Avg 8 pushups and 2 chins palms facing
P.M
Fucked around my homemade club then jumped around on my trampoline whth my little one,did some single leg jumps which seemed to help my ankle.
More stretching and a little ab work later on.
