Catch up post and video

Well my phone got water damage so i haven't been able to record my workouts as much as i would have liked, these are two recent entries.

2 rungs of 1,2,3 reps of clean and press and band assisted chins palms away
1 min rest between rungs

Dead Snatch

1 min static hold on bar palms away

Hip flexor stretch

100 pushups spread throughout the day.

18/1

16kg 1 handed swings 1-10 then 9-1 200 total reps
24kg 2 handed swings 5x5
Bottom posistion windmills 24kg 5e.s

Will get 100 pushups spread today as well.
