Week 2 updates and No S Stuff

These are my workouts from week two of the No-S Diet

28/11 Mon
Wall squats and Goblet squats to warm up
30/30 swings 16kg kb
10 minutes

29/11 Tues
GYM Session
Complex A warm up with bar
Deadlifts 40 kgx5 55kgx5 70kg2x5 1x20
Chins palms facing BW 5,5
(All above 3 minutes between work sets)
EZ Curl 3x8 20 kg (2 minutes between sets)
Goblet Squat 9kg 2x8
Dead Snatch with dumbells 25kg
5L 5R 1minute rest x4
10kg pullovers 2x8

30/11 Wed
40/20 skipping for 10 minutes
2 minutes bear crawling up stairs

1/12 Thurs
2 mins warm up and cool down
Dennis Martin Ton ups 1 set in 8 mins
2 minute snatches 16kg kb
Hand switch every 5 reps 35 total reps

2/12 Fri
Took the doggy for a walk

Started No-S and recorded my weight on the 20/11 at 14st 11 pounds with a BF% of 18.5%, i don't plan to weigh myself again till a full seven weeks which is simply the duration of time i have on my white board.

Things have been going good, no non S day mess ups, a little junk food slipped in there and some portions have been whoppers but this is part of my education.

Had a lovely meal of steak pie, roast potatoes and peas on sunday and follwed it up with custard and cake, yumm, this is the how my want my S days to run, a hearty meal follwed by a good pudding, whilst it's fun to be able to eat a chocalate bar on S days it starts to get a bit old.
